Buy and manage Membership

Quick answer: Membership plans, prices, currencies, benefits, quotas, and payment methods come from the platform and service in real time. Use the confirmation page as the source of truth before paying.

Open Membership Center

Open Me and tap the current membership or Membership Center. Confirm that the account and brand are DressWise.

View and buy a plan

  1. Review the current plan, end date, and benefits.
  2. Switch between Monthly and Yearly.
  3. Choose an available plan.
  4. Check the price, currency, benefits, auto-renewal terms, and agreements.
  5. Choose a payment method actually shown on the page.
  6. Tap Buy now.
  7. Complete payment in the system or payment app.
  8. Return to DressWise and refresh membership status.

If a method is missing, it may be unavailable for the current platform, country, currency, brand, or service state. Do not install an unknown payment app.

Upgrades and auto-renewal

The current flow supports upgrades only. Higher tiers or an equivalent monthly-to-yearly upgrade may be available; downgrades and yearly-to-monthly changes are not.

  • If iOS shows Manage Subscription, open App Store subscription management and verify the DressWise subscription there.
  • If the page shows Turn Off Auto Renew, confirm the purchase was managed by Stripe before using that control.
  • WeChat, Alipay, or other one-time payment management follows the confirmation page and payment provider.
  • Turning off auto-renewal normally leaves the paid period active until its end date.
  • There is no separate Restore Purchases button. If Apple accepted a purchase but DressWise has not updated, check the original Apple ID, App Store subscription, original DressWise account, and My Bills before contacting support.

Confirm it worked

  • Membership Center shows the target plan or a clear pending state.
  • Benefits update after refresh.
  • My Bills contains the related order.

If membership does not update

  • No plans are available: refresh later; do not pay from an old screenshot.
  • Payment is pending: wait and check My Bills instead of creating another order.
  • Manage Subscription will not open: use iOS Settings or App Store subscriptions and verify the product.
  • Turn Off Auto Renew is missing: check the active plan, auto-renewal state, and original payment provider.
  • You want to downgrade: the current flow does not support downgrades.
  • Apple paid but access is missing: keep the store receipt and app bill, then contact support.
